David and Penny rescued "Rhea" in 1989 in Turkey and recommissioned her over the winter. They have had the privilege of sailing her ever since in the Mediterranean. The turquoise waters of Turkey and Greece have become their favourite cruising areas.

- shopping for fresh local ingredients and then preparing and serving delicious food (including alternatives for special dietary requirements)
- organising water sports, outings, and expeditions
- instructing in seamanship, sailing, navigation, water skiing, wake boarding, and wind surfing.
